Cosmic Royalty.
Local Problems.
Freaky the Overlord was born near the centre of the galaxy and raised on the comforting certainty that everyone should fear him.
Then he took a joyride into the Kuiper dark, started a war he didn't win, and crash-landed on Earth — the only planet brave enough to make tragedy look like a hobby.
Now he's rebuilding power the only way humans understand: stories, games, transmissions… and a universe anyone can hijack (politely) and expand.
From Throne to Flat Share
Freaky didn't come to Earth for peace. He came here because the galaxy has a long memory… and a short temper. After renouncing his throne (a "temporary sabbatical," he insists), he drifted to the far edges of space where the light is thin and the consequences are thick.
That's where he discovered humans were broadcasting vertical dramas into the void — tiny tragedies you can swipe away. He watched three. Then five hundred. Then he realised something terrible:
Earth doesn't need conquering. Earth needs more fun.
He arrived in a storm of ego and catastrophic planning, crash-landed in Antarctica, met soldiers who smiled while everything burned, and concluded that humans are either heroic or professionally delusional. He tried Tahiti next. Tahiti introduced him to alcohol. Alcohol introduced him to regret. Regret introduced him to London.
Now he operates out of a two-bedroom flat off Balls Pond Road, N1 — a fallen overlord with a cracked crown, a doomscrolling habit he calls "reconnaissance," and a growing suspicion that the universe is funnier when it's not winning.
And here's the twist: this isn't his story anymore. It's ours.
The Ancient Order Of Absurdity is a co-authored universe — if you can imagine a character, a mission, a scandal, a side quest, a betrayal, a redemption arc, or a terrible space food… you can add it.
Timeline of a Disaster
Seven beats. One ongoing catastrophe.
Chapter 01 — Origin
Centre of the Galaxy
He was born where stars are loud and empires are louder. They trained him for worship. He learned sarcasm instead.
Chapter 02 — The Mistake
The Joyride
He stole a ship, chased a vibe, and found the Kuiper dark — the kind of place where "bad idea" is a polite understatement. He started a fight he still refers to as "a misunderstanding." The galaxy disagreed.
Chapter 03 — First Contact
Antarctica
He crash-landed in ice and war stories. Humans welcomed him with paranoia, courage, and the unsettling ability to improvise under fire. He decided Earth was either brave… or unsupervised.
Chapter 04 — The Mistake (Again)
Tahiti
He tried to "blend in." Tahiti introduced him to cocktails. Cocktails introduced him to poor decisions. Poor decisions introduced him to consequences.
Chapter 05 — The Exile
London, N1
A two-bedroom exile with a fridge full of regret and a feed full of strangers pretending they're fine. He calls it "reconnaissance." His sleep schedule calls it "a crime."
Chapter 06 — The Project
The Ancient Order Of Absurdity
If the world is absurd, then absurdity needs structure. That's how the Ancient Order began: creators, games, transmissions, side quests, and a treasury built to reward the ones who show up.
Chapter 07 — Now & Forever
Co-Authored Reality
The rule is simple: you can add to this universe. New characters. New factions. New villains. New heroes. New nonsense. Freaky will complain, obviously — but he'll make room for it.

The Many Faces of Freaky
Freaky Made the News
He crash-landed, built an empire, co-authored a universe, launched a token, and somehow ended up in the media cycle. He's never read a single article about himself. He says they always miss the point. He's probably right.
Watch the Transmissions
Eight videos in the archive. More on the way. Stories, shorts, and dispatches from a universe that doesn't take itself too seriously.
"Earth is the only place where apocalypse is a genre and everyone reviews it." — Freaky the Overlord, London N1
