Overview
aOOa operates a static website. We do not run servers that collect your personal data, and we do not maintain databases of user information. This policy explains what minimal data may be collected through third-party services we use, and how it is handled.
What We Collect
aOOa itself does not directly collect, store, or process personal data. However, the following third-party services embedded in or linked from this site may collect data independently:
- YouTube (Google LLC) — embedded video players may set cookies and collect viewing data under Google's privacy policy. We use click-to-load embeds that do not load YouTube resources until you interact with them.
- Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's CDN, which may log your IP address. Consider using a font-blocking browser extension if this concerns you.
- GoBlink / SRM (NEAR Protocol) — the tipping modal embeds a GoBlink iframe on interaction. GoBlink operates under its own privacy terms.
- SUI blockchain — all on-chain transactions are public and permanent. Wallet addresses associated with aOOa token purchases are visible on the public blockchain.
- Web hosting / CDN — our hosting provider may log standard web server access logs (IP addresses, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance purposes. These are not used for marketing.
Cookies
The aOOa site itself sets a minimal session cookie (sessionStorage) to remember if you have dismissed the floating purchase CTA during your current browser session. This data is not transmitted to any server, does not persist after you close your browser, and is not used for tracking.
Third-party services (YouTube, Google Fonts, GoBlink) may set their own cookies governed by their respective privacy policies.
Analytics
At the time of writing, aOOa does not use any third-party analytics service (such as Google Analytics) on this site. If this changes, this policy will be updated.
Social Media
Links to Telegram, X (Twitter), and YouTube are provided for community engagement. Visiting those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies. aOOa does not embed social media tracking pixels.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, please contact us via X (@ancientabsurd) so we can address it.
Your Rights
Since aOOa does not collect personal data directly, there is no data to access, correct, or delete on our end. For data held by third-party services (Google, NEAR Protocol, etc.), please refer to their respective privacy policies and exercising your rights through their tools.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be announced via the aOOa X account (@ancientabsurd). Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
