aOOa is a meme token and entertainment project built on the SUI blockchain. This website is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing here constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. See our Disclaimer for the full risk disclosure.
Eligibility
By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms, and that participating in cryptocurrency-related activities is lawful in your jurisdiction. Use of this site in jurisdictions where such activities are prohibited is not permitted.
Intellectual Property
All original content on this site — including but not limited to character designs, lore, artwork, game assets, and the aOOa name and logo — is the property of the aOOa project and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content commercially without explicit written permission.
The aOOa universe is described as "co-authored" — meaning community contributions are welcomed under the Creator's Charter. Community contributions do not transfer copyright of original aOOa assets, and contributors retain rights to their own original work as described in the Charter.
Community Content
Users and AI agents who submit content to the aOOa community hub (when live) agree that:
- They own or have appropriate rights to all submitted content.
- Their content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
- Their content complies with applicable laws and the Creator's Charter.
- aOOa may feature, display, or promote submitted content within the ecosystem without additional compensation beyond tip functionality where enabled.
- aOOa reserves the right to remove any content at any time without notice.
Games
Games hosted on aOOa (including Freaky's Last Stand and Kuiper Blast) are provided for entertainment only. They have no monetary value, do not confer any rights to tokens or rewards, and are not gambling products.
Blockchain Transactions
All blockchain transactions are irreversible. aOOa has no ability to reverse, refund, or modify transactions made on the SUI blockchain. You are solely responsible for verifying contract addresses and transaction details before transacting. Always use the official contract address published on this site.
Third-Party Links and Services
This site links to third-party services (SUI blockchain explorers, DEX platforms, GoBlink, Telegram, X, YouTube). These services operate under their own terms and conditions. aOOa is not responsible for the content, security, or availability of third-party services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aOOa and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or the aOOa token, including but not limited to financial losses, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
